What is the cost of my service?

Every house is unique, and every house cleaning fee is based on the individual house and the family's needs.
Elements that will affect your house cleaning estimate include the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, desired frequency of house cleaning, etc. This large number of variables is the main reason why we start with scheduling the free estimate.
At the same time, this is the best way to provide the most accurate cleaning quote. Generally, the first house cleaning visit costs more than subsequent visits because it takes additional cleaning time to get the home up to our house cleaning standards.
Your estimate for the house cleaning service will be expressed as a flat fee, so there are no surprises at the end of the cleaning that you have to pay more than expected. During our visit, you will receive an estimate for both the initial cleaning and the regular house cleaning visits up front.

How do I cancel an appointment?

NO EMAILS CANCELATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
We do have a 48-72 hour cancelation policy. If it's less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied. Feel free to reschedule a new time for Sparkle It to come out when you need to cancel.

What forms of payments does Sparkle It accept?

Presently, Sparkle It only accepts cash, checks, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo.

Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment for Sparkle It when they come over?

Nope! We arrive with everything we need to complete the cleaning. This includes all cleaning products and vacuums. With our insurance and the safety of our team, we use products that do not contain bleach or ammonia. Should you request only certain products used we ask that you provide them. If you do request your own products used in your home, we are not liable for any damage it may cause to your home

What is your pet policy?

Our team here at Sparkle It are animal friendly. However, we do ask that homeowners take safety measures for their pets. If you are able to have them in a safe area or put in a certain area of the house, we ask that it is completed prior to our arrival. We do not want them to be harmed by any means while we are at your home.
Due to the safety of our team, we are not responsible for cleaning pet messes such as litter boxes and cages nor feed your pets. However, we do always wash your pet’s bowls if you ask!

Do I have to be home when Sparkle It comes over ?

Nope! If you're not going to be there at the time of our cleaning, please make sure that We has all the necessary information to gain access. Your keys, alarm codes, etc. are safely locked up at our offices. We ask that if you have an alarm system that you program an individual code for Us if possible.
